I bought this hookah back in July but decided to write this review now (5 months later) because of their outstanding customer service.
The build quality for this hookah is great and I am able to achieve thick smoke every single time. Whenever I had friends over, they would compliment on aesthetically pleasing my hookah was. Not to mention, the overall quality of it.
Recently, I accidentally broke the stem part of the glass bowl by twisting it with a much harder force. I was devastated, since I loved using it. I had to revert to a much smaller, cheaper feeling hookah. I contacted the sales team at Kitosun and had told them of my situation. They did not have any replacements available at the time but would let me know the next time they did. A few weeks past and I honestly had forgotten about it. The sales team contacted me about having a replacement available, shipped it, and even gave me a tracking number. Today, I finally received my replacement, free of charge! Definitely 5/5 on customer service and would definitely buy another product from them in the future.

This hookah set is easy to assemble and a great value for your money. I like that it is huge and you can set it up on a table or on the floor. Up to 4 persons can use the hookah at the same time uninterrupted. I got tips that can hold ice sticks so when you pull it’s smooth and cool. I love this hookah set! Every time any of my friends are hanging out for games night or anything they request that I bring it.
